Accessibility

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. This page says how that is measured, what the last measurement found, and what is still open.

How it is measured

A script drives Chrome 145 through every page of the site and both consoles at 390, 768 and 1280 CSS pixels, and records what the page itself reports. The last run was on 28 September 2026: 39 pages, 117 page-and-width measurements, written to docs/qa/render-2026-09-28.md in the repository.

  • Content that runs off the side of the screen, and elements sitting past the right edge.
  • Buttons and links with no accessible name.
  • Inputs with no label.
  • Text below 11 pixels.
  • Headings that skip a level, and pages with no first-level heading.
  • Whether a page landed where the link said it would.
  • Images with no alternative text, and the count of focusable elements.

Known issues

None open from the last run. The one issue found on 15 September 2026 — a graphic past the right edge of the practice client list on the narrowest screens — was resolved on 28 September 2026.

    What this statement is not

    • Nobody outside this company has audited these pages. What is below is our own measurement, on a date, with the tool named.
    • The measurement runs against the local development record, not production, so it sees the layout rather than a real person's data.
    • Screen readers have not been tested systematically. If one of them fails you here, that is the report we most want.

    Tell us

If something here is hard or impossible to use, write to office@managetax.ie and say which page and what happened. We will answer and say what we are doing about it.
